I received the product,two toners, ordered. However, it would not fit in my HP 1505 laser printer even tho this printer was listed for use in the HP 1505 on the Amazon.com website. I returned the 2 toners and sent an email explaining the problem: the Amazon.com website had bad information on it. I received no response or refund from Amazon.com. A followup email generated no response either. Their website was corrected before I sent the second email. Obviously Amazon.com is still learning how to market electronics. I am sure the product would have worked fine in the correct printer, so my frustration is only with Amazon.com. I suggest you purchase electronics and related products from more professional suppliers.
